The Unexpected Beginning
意外的起點
It all began on a quiet afternoon in London.
Albertina’s founder, Maureen, wandered into a small neighborhood shop she had passed countless times but never entered. There, she discovered handcrafted candles—each one named after a different corner of the city.
Intrigued, she learned that the scents were blended by the shopkeepers themselves, based on their impressions and memories of each neighborhood.
She purchased a candle called “Clerkenwell Blue”, named after the area she called home.
That small, personal moment sparked something bigger:
Could scent become a way to preserve the essence of a place?
故事始於一個靜謐的倫敦午後。
Albertina 的創辦人 Maureen 漫步進入一家她曾經無數次經過、卻從未踏入的小店。那裡擺滿了手工製作的蠟燭——每一款都以倫敦的不同街區命名。
她好奇地詢問後發現，這些香味由店主親手調配，每一種都代表他們對當地區域的情感與回憶。
她買下了一顆名為 “Clerkenwell Blue” 的蠟燭，正是她當時所居住的地方。
這個微小而真摯的瞬間，在她心中種下了一個想法：

Maureen has always been a traveler. From hidden cafés in Kyoto to golden evenings in Finland, every place left behind a trace—of feeling, of color, of sound, of air.
She longed to share those traces with others, in a way that words couldn’t fully capture.
Fragrance became her language of memory.
Maureen 一直都是旅人。從京都街角隱藏的咖啡館，到芬蘭金黃的黃昏，每個地方都留下了某種痕跡——那是一種感覺、一抹色彩、一段聲音、一陣空氣的氣息。
她渴望把這些感受分享出去，以一種語言無法完全表達的方式。

Crafted with Intention, Rooted in Artistry 匠心傳承，感官詮釋 Each scent is personally composed by our founder, Maureen, carefully crafted to express the emotion and atmosphere behind every creation. We select only the finest fragrance essences from Europe, ensuring every blend meets the highest standards of olfactory elegance. 所有香氣皆由創辦人 Maureen 親自調配， 以香味演繹每款作品所蘊含的情感與意境。 選用來自歐洲的高級香精原料， 只為呈現最純粹、最動人的嗅覺體驗。
All packagings are designed by Maureen. 所有包裝均由Maureen設計 To better convey each story, every element of our packaging is designed solely by Maureen herself. The black and gold boxes highlight the theme of "Emotional Stories", while the white and silver designs reflect the spirit of our "Fragrance Journey Around the World". 為了更準確地傳遞每一段故事，所有包裝設計皆由 Maureen 一人親自完成。 黑金配色的包裝盒，呼應品牌「故事情感」系列主題； 而白銀包裝，則呈現「環球旅行」系列的探索精神。

Pure cotton candle wicks, Soy wax base 純棉燭芯，大豆蠟基 All candle wicks are made from pure cotton—safe, eco-friendly, and clean-burning. Our candles are crafted with a soy wax base, derived from natural sources and free from harmful substances. 所有蠟燭芯皆採用純棉製成，燃燒安全，環保無害。 產品使用大豆蠟為基底，成分天然，不釋放有害物質。
